How to Help

Our vital work is made possible through the dedication of compassionate community members. Learn how you can make a meaningful difference in Lanark County by becoming a trained volunteer advocate or donating to support our mission.

Supporting recovery for every journey

Volunteers and staff provide assistance to individuals, families, friends, witnesses and/ or groups at the request of emergency services personnel, community services and self-referrals in order to meet an individual’s unique needs; to help lessen the trauma of the experience and to help people cope with the longer term impact of what has occurred.

Take the First Step Forward

If you or someone you care about has been affected by crime, tragedy, or disaster, you do not have to process it alone. Our team is available around the clock to provide confidential emotional support, guidance, and resources.

We are a member agency of the ONVSP
(Ontario Network of Victim Service Providers)
